This policy applies to approved Big Win Seasonings orders placed through the website. Beef jerky remains Coming Soon and is not available to order online.

Why we don't accept general returns

Food safety matters to us. Once a food product leaves our control, we can't safely resell it, so we're not able to accept returns just because of a change of mind. That includes:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product
• Ordering too much
• Personal taste preference

When we'll make it right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, contaminated, or has some other legitimate problem, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work directly with you to make things right. Depending on the situation, that may mean a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
