Shipping Policy

Big Win Seasonings ships within the United States, to California addresses only. Beef jerky remains Coming Soon and is not available to order online.

Where we ship

We currently ship to California addresses only. We're not able to accept orders shipping to any other state, or outside the United States, at this time.

Processing time

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received.

If something in your order unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we'll reach out as soon as possible. You can choose to wait until it's back in stock, or get a full refund, whichever works better for you.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is a flat $6.00 per order.

Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Actual delivery time depends on USPS or the carrier we use for your order. We can't guarantee a carrier's delivery time, but we'll always ship promptly on our end.
